One early morning my colleague come to me and said" izzah you gave me a wrong appraisal form which meant for other people" Oh my.... " I gave you what you requested right?" but you are the one requesting it from me....and i've given you the form and in fact it is not my duty"
Then the issue continues........
Later my manager came and talk to me "i've support you in that issues" and i asked her back" What did you said? " I explained that you are giving what they want and in fact you are not the Performance Management staff and therefore you are not to be blame for whatever reason"
I feel relieved but i hope it stops there...... and i should be thankful to manager :)
