Early this week one department called me and the representative called me..."Izzah we agree to have the 2 trainings this week" when i heard that i was like want to jump...."what you only tell me now ....with less than one week?" "Sorry it seems that this weekend is the only suitable dates as Helpdesk people will be busy after that"........ Oh my God this is a short notice and i feels like it is a problem to me ...how i want to arrange that? Trainer, hotel , participants etc?.....
But nothing can be done as i talk to myself better i do it now as it is my KPI. So I sit down and think about it. Draw up what should i do... so this is the solution that i manage to think and did:-
1) Call the trainer
2) Call Hotel for Arrangement
3) Get Approval from HOD and GM
4) Apply with HRDF
Even though i was like not enough hands but when i outlined my task so i will be able to arrange that. Now the training will be running as schedule. But I hope there's no last minute arrangement like this as it can cause me heart attack. Working alone is not easy :(
